Once waiver/insurance approved if there is an issue Allegro will never stop sending your caregiver. This ensures that you will be able to keep the caregiver and services that are so vital to your independence and quality of life. We will work with the insurance company and case manager to ensure the issue is resolved. This means that your service will not be interrupted.
Not only will our SSD assist you with your insurance queries but will also help you with things such as signing up for energy assistance, coordinating your doctor/assisting you with finding a primary care physician and transportation, locating housing and more. There’s no problem we can’t solve. It is for this reason that we have been successful with helping residents of nursing facilities return to the community and their independence.
