Navigating the murky waters of the healthcare and insurance industries can be a daunting task. It is for this reason that Allegro Concierge Care employs a full time Social Service Director to assist you not only you obtain your certifications but keep them. Once waiver/insurance approved if there is an issue Allegro will never stop sending your caregiver. This ensures that you will be able to keep the caregiver and services that are so vital to your independence and quality of life. We will work with the insurance company and case manager to ensure the issue is resolved. This means that your service will not be interrupted. 

 Not only will our SSD assist you with your insurance queries but will also help you with things such as signing up for energy assistance, coordinating your doctor/assisting you with finding a primary care physician and transportation, locating housing and more. There’s no problem we can’t solve. It is for this reason that we have been successful with helping residents of nursing facilities return to the community and their independence. • CICOA Health & Wellness (for clients 59 and younger)

• All our services are crafted with the client and/or family member’s needs and preferences
• Each service plan can be updated at anytime per the individual’s request
• Allegro always conducts a client interview to ensure that he or she is paired with the caregiver that will make them feel comfortable.  This is followed up with a formal meet and greet between the client and potential caregiver.  The client always has the final approval.  Caregiver can be changed at anytime per client’s request for any reason.
